Dr. Radke is a physician executive with over 25 years of experience in academic medical centers large multi-specialty physician group practices faculty practice plans tertiary-level acute care facilities and community hospitals. In these institutions he has served as a consultant/change agent chief medical officer chief executive officer medical director and associate dean.
He has also held several administrative positions in medical schools and acute care settings including vice president overseeing hospital and ambulatory care strategic planning patient care services and joint ventures.

Dr. Radke's considerable management and turnaround success has been achieved in various clinical settings. His accomplishments range from ambulatory care network planning development and operations to the profitable and efficient implementation of several risk-based managed care contracts; formation of and operational responsibility for a large-scale faculty practice plan; and implementation and management of several joint venture relationships producing positive bottom lines and excellent care coordination.
Dr. Radke has been intimately involved with both operational and clinical departments in each of his positions. He has held executive committee appointments chaired medical services and research committees and provided leadership to executive management groups and quality improvement counsels.

Vice president of health care at Loyola University Medical Center where he lead the operational restructuring and clinical resource management project that realized signification cost reductions.
Chief medical officer UCSD Healthcare where he developed new measurements for ambulatory care redesigned the revenue cycle and redesigned physician compensation methodologies.
Executive director for Medical Services Research and Development Plan at the University of Texas Houston Medical School where he provided oversight of all departmental compensation and incentive plans lead the redesign of the revenue cycle process in concert with the installation of a new billing system (IDX) and moved the faculty towards a more integrated group practice.
Executive director Ambulatory Care at Memorial Hermann Hospital/UT/UCP where he redesigned the ambulatory delivery systems including processes integrating multiple divisions and departments into a more unified delivery system.
