Mr. Wren serves as legal advisor to the corporation and provides legal representation as needed. Mr. Wren joined PCA with the acquisition of American Studios in 1997 where he served as CEO and General Counsel. Mr. Wren had practiced law since 1972. He began his own private practice and later became a partner at Cherry Bekaert & Holland, CPAs, in 1976. In 1979, Wren joined Garland & Alala, and later Garland and Wren, as a partner. His areas of practice include corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wren earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, law degree from George Washington University and masters of business administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton graduate School of Business Administration. He is a CPA and a member of the North Carolina bar. Mr. Wren serves as a Trustee for the McColl School of Business, Queens College and Gaston Day School. He is also Director and Treasurer of Daniel J. Stowe Botanical Gardens. |
