Jay has over 15 years experience in corporate finance and capital formation. Jay's past clients include Porsche AG, Paramount Pictures, Infospace, Deutsche Bank, McKesson and dozens of growth and middle market companies in market sectors including Internet telephony, wireless commerce, networking equipment, healthcare and consumer services. Previously, Jay built and sold Least Cost Routing, Inc, based in Sunnyvale, California. Jay positioned the firm to profit from the Telecommunications Act of 1996, building the firm's switch and operational infrastructure. Jay also has financial sales experience with Prudential Securities. Jay holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children. |
