Mr. Fisher was an insurance agent and broker as well as a registered representative holding a Series 7 securities license and was an insurance broker representing CIGNA, UNUM, and Metropolitan Life, among others. He retired in 1994, when he also resigned from the board of directors of Fleet Bank of New York. |
