Mr. Coulter co-founded Texas Pacific Group in 1993 and has been Managing General Partner of Texas Pacific Group for more than eight years. Prior to joining Texas Pacific Group, Mr. Coulter was a Vice President of Keystone, Inc. and was also associated with SPO Partners, an investment firm that focuses on public market and private minority investments.
