James J. Blaha, joined Focus's advisory board in December of 2000, after 16 years as a Principal with BAC, Inc. As a business intermediary he has specialized in searching, structuring, valuing and negotiating transactions with buyers and sellers in a wide range of industries. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from University of New York at Buffalo and includes a very successful career as an executive with Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, having served as President and Board Member of the Chicago Chapter, and the International Business Brokers association. |
