James (Jim) Bernacchi has joined NABI as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Transportation and Coach Operations. Bernacchi has over 35 year’s progressive experience in the transportation industry with Chrysler Corporation, Motor Coach Industries (MCI), and ABC Bus Companies. He was most recently employed as Vice President of Operations for Complete Coach Works (CCW) before joining NABI. During his 35 year transportation career, Bernacchi served in numerous management capacities including CEO, President, COO, Vice President of Manufacturing and General Manager, and Executive Vice President of Procurement for plants in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Bernacchi earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Trinity Southern University. Bernacchi will be responsible for the day to day operation of NABI and the Optima manufacturing areas including Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and related support departments for all transit and coach manufacturing. |
