James W. Connolly, of Saratoga Springs, is Ellis Hospital’s president and chief executive officer. Mr. Connolly has more than 25 years of senior executive experience in the health care industry. He brings to Ellis outstanding credentials and a strong record of accomplishment in the areas of operations, physician relations, program development and information technology, among others.
Most recently, Mr. Connolly served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Fall, NY. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of Catholic Health System in Buffalo, NY and as president and CEO at Mercy Hospital, also in Buffalo.
Mr. Connolly holds both a Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, NY. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Hospital Association of NY State COO Forum. |
