James S. Bainbridge is an experienced trial lawyer who is part of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. James represents businesses and their owners in commercial disputes, injunction matters, insurance coverage disputes, debt collections, real property disputes and copyright and trademark infringement claims. His experience also includes advising and assisting clients with business planning and transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements of sale. He has also assisted clients in real estate acquisitions and sales and, where appropriate, counseling clients in respect to the avoidance of problems that may give rise to claims and liabilities.
In General. James graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1998 and the University of Delaware in 1995. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. |
