Jim’s practice involves a broad range of employment matters on behalf of employers, including litigation in state and federal courts on discrimination, wrongful discharge, employment, torts, breach of contract and other related matters.
Jim also works on a variety of issues arising out of state and federal environmental laws.
In addition to employment and environmental litigation, Jim is also involved in handling insurance and business litigation matters.
Jim was in private practice before being elected as Douglas County Attorney in 1991. After nearly 13 years of service as Douglas County Attorney, Jim joined McGrath North in 2003. He is a shareholder in the firm. |
