Jim Hamman is responsible for all legal, compliance and internal audit matters for the company. Before joining our predecessor company in 1998, Hamman was vice president and associate counsel for Scudder Kemper Investments, Inc. in Chicago from 1996 to 1998. In this role, he was responsible for legal and compliance matters related to the registration and administration of Kemper mutual funds. From 1993 to 1996, he was an associate with Vedder, Price, Kaufman and Kammholz, P.C., providing legal advice on general corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on investment services law. Hamman has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. |
