Mr. Parish is the owner and principal of Parish Partners, Inc., an investment, advisory and consulting firm specializing in the foodservice industry. Since 1991, Parish Partners has provided restaurant companies with executive-level strategic guidance for growth management and development, financial and control strategies, executive mentoring programs, and capital markets, acquisition and sale advisory services.
Mr. Parish serves in various strategic capacities for a number of privately held restaurant companies and restaurant industry service providers. In addition, Mr. Parish is a member of the Board and the Audit Committee of Spirit Finance Corporation, (NYSE: SFC), a real estate investment trust focused on single-tenant, operationally essential real estate. Prior to forming Parish Partners, Mr. Parish was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, as well as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Chili's, Inc., the predecessor company to Brinker International (NYSE: EAT), now one of the largest multi-concept companies in the restaurant industry. Mr. Parish received a bachelor of science in journalism and an MBA in Finance from Drake University. Mr. Parish also serves on a charitable board in Austin, Texas |
