Mr. Godfrey, a former insurance company executive, is a Senior Consultant with The Benecon Group, an employee benefits consulting organization located in Lancaster County. He is active in the community, having served on the Boards of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Managed Care Association of Pennsylvania (MCAP), the Institute of Management (IOM) and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health (LCBGH). He also served 2+ terms as a member of the Pennsylvania HealthCare Cost Containment Council (PHC4). An active Rotarian, Mr. Godfrey is also Past President of the Rotary Club of Lancaster and continues to serve on several committees. Mr. Godfrey, who holds CLU, FLMI and FAHM professional designations, earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and served in the U. S. Air Force including a tour of duty in Viet Nam, where he earned the Bronze Star medal for meritotious service. |
