Jim Baltimore is responsible for training the offshore accountants in the areas of tax software and tax preparation. Jim shares his time between India during tax season maintaining quality of excellence and Braintree developing new training for offshore personnel. He will also interface with the Xpitax customer base. Previously Jim spearheaded an outsourcing initiative for a 200 person accounting firm managing workflow, technology and technical tax aspects of outsourcing. Jim holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College and has qualified for the Personal Financial Specialist designation awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Jim has a Series 7 NASD license and insurance license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. James R.
