Richardson has been involved in various aspects of real estate sales and development since the early 1970s. He is founder of the South Carolina Yacht Club, owner and managing general partner of Coligny Plaza, vice president and chief operating officer of Windmill Harbour Company and broker-in-charge for both Windmill Harbour Real Estate and Westbury Realty. He also is the managing member of Atlantic Coast Builders & Contractors and Plantation Properties. In addition, he serves on Sea Pines Plantation’s Architectural Review Board and on the board of directors of both the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island and The Hilton Head Island Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. A resident of Hilton Head since 1956, he has been actively involved in the community and has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations. |
