James M. O'Brien is an Executive Vice-President for Wilson Hotel Management Company, Inc.
Jim began his career with the company in 1986. He oversees the operations of all hotels under the umbrella of the hotel group. Jim's expertise lies in the areas of asset/liability management; sales and marketing strategies; owner reporting; accounting procedures design and implementation; system analysis; strategic financial planning; internal control design and implementation; cash management; hotel operations and labor controls; market planning; pre-opening, new acquisition and conversion construction; and RFP design and preparation. Jim is also a State of Tennessee Affiliate Real Estate Broker.
Jim is a member of many corporate and civic organizations. He is currently a member of the Holiday Inn Committee for the International Association of Holiday Inns and formerly a member of the Holiday Inn Express Committee and the Southern Regional Committee. Jim is also a member of St. Brigid's Catholic Church. Jim has been recognized by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for volunteering at the Memphis Grizzlies House.
