mes L. Zech has served as a Director of the Company since December 1999. He has been a principal and the President and Investment Manager of High Ridge Capital, L.L.C. (High Ridge) since its formation in 1995. Mr. Zech also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PHLY). From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Zech was an investment banker at S.G. Warburg & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for forming the U.S. Insurance Group as part of Warburg’s worldwide financial institutions practice. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Zech was a member of the Insurance Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation. |
