Mr. Borland serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for SeaBright and in this role is responsible for all Information Technology strategic and operational decisions. He joined Kemper Employers Group in 2000 and during that time was also responsible for Information Technology oversight for Eagle Insurance Companies and five other Kemper Employers Group business units. His insurance background includes both Information Technology as well as Underwriting. He began his career in the insurance industry in 1987 and has held positions at the New Hampshire Insurance Company (an AIG Company), Great States Insurance Company, FHP Health Care and PacifiCare Health Systems. Skip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business School Honors Society. |
