James Nolan is Executive Vice President of Engineering of InterDigital responsible for directing all system requirements and architecture protocol software ASIC/DSP and platform integration and test activities.
Since joining InterDigital in 1996 Mr. Nolan has held a variety of engineering positions most recently Vice President of Systems Engineering. He has led the technology and product development programs for modems protocol software and radio designs for multiple wireless standards. He also played a key role in business development activities around the world. Mr. Nolan came to InterDigital from the Northrop Grumman Corporation where he held technical and leadership roles on various engineering development programs.
Mr. Nolan earned a BSEE from the State University of New York at Buffalo an MSEE from Polytechnic University and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University.
