James H. Ingraham has served as General Counsel and secretary of Brooke Corporation since January 2005 after joining Brooke as Counsel in 2004. Mr. Ingraham previously served as senior vice president and General Counsel for H&R Block during a 24-year legal career at Block that also included 12 years of service as corporate secretary. Mr. Ingraham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, Lawrence, Kansas. Mr. Ingraham is admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas and a member of the Kansas Bar Association. |
