James H. Clark III manages the internal collection agency, Professional Account Services, Inc. (PASI). PASI includes four distinct service lines: the primary collection agency, liability lien unit, extended business office services unit and the deductible/coinsurance call center. He joined CHS in June 1998 as Director and CFO of the agency and was promoted to Vice President in June 2001. Clark has 20 years of healthcare financial experience, including serving as a Medicaid auditor for the state of Tennessee and as CFO at several healthcare facilities. He received his master’s in business administration from Murray State University in Kentucky and is a CPA and a licensed collection services location manager.
