James G. Pratt has served as a director since June 2006 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Pratt is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hills Bank and Trust Company in Hills, Iowa, positions he has held since 1986. In addition, he has served as the Treasurer of Hills Bancorporation, an SEC reporting one-bank holding company, since 1983 and Secretary of Hills Bancorporation since 2004. Mr. Pratt is a certified public accountant and previously was employed by Ernst & Ernst, now Ernst & Young, and McGladrey & Pullen, now RSM McGladrey, prior to joining Hills Bank and Trust Company in
