James G. Berges, Partner, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Mr. Berges, 59, has been Director of PPG since 2000. He became a partner in Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity investment firm, in 2006. Prior to that, he was president of Emerson Electric Co. from 1999 until his retirement in 2005.
