Walsh began his career in Finance with 3 years (CPA) public accounting experience. He entered the private manufacturing sector for Instrument Specialties Co., the premier provider of RFI/EMI shielding solutions. His duties were continuously expanded in Cost Controls, Production Planning, Operations and Divisional Management and Senior VP Finance. He was a member of the Executive team involved with Strategic Planning and Implementation, Acquisitions and Start-ups (Domestic & Foreign) and Global MRP Systems. In 2000, he orchestrated the offering and sale of Instrument Specialties for a $285 million enterprise value with multiple favorable contractual terms. Walsh has a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton, PA. |
