Mr. Fickenscher is a financial executive with over 16 years experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, most recently working as the Chief Financial Officer of Aventis Behring, a division of Aventis SA, focused on manufacturing and commercializing pharmaceutical products derived from human plasma. Mr. Fickenscher also has extensive experience in business development, mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning, and spent several years in leadership positions within the sales and marketing functions. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry Mr. Fickenscher worked with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. He has a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and passed the CPA exam in 1985. |
