James E. Ousley has been a member of the board of directors since September 1996. Mr. Ousley is the Chief Executive Officer Vytek Wireless. Prior to joining Vytek, Mr. Ousley served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Syntegra (USA) Inc., a global e-Business solutions provider and a division of British Telecommunications. From September 1991 to August 1999, Mr. Ousley served as president and chief executive officer of Control Data Systems (CDS), which was acquired by British Telecommunications in August 1999. Mr. Ousley serves on the Boards of Vytek Wireless, Inc., ActivIdentity, Inc., Bell Microproducts, Inc., Datalink, Inc., Norstan, Inc. and Savvis Communications, Inc. Mr. Ousley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska. |
