Mr. Graves opened Mercer Capital’s Louisville, Kentucky office in the summer of 1995, continuing a long career in the business valuation industry. Mercer Capital is a premier business valuation and investment banking firm serving a national and international clientele.Business valuation services are provided for a wide variety of needs, including but not limited to corporate valuation services, tax compliance, litigation support, financial statement reporting compliance, and employee stock ownership plans.
