Mr. Green is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Las Vegas office and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency and financial restructuring. With more than 20 years experience, Mr. Green represents primarily corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and creditors’ committees. Mr. Greene has been appointed as a Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee, and in 2003 he successfully completed the requirements for national certification in business bankruptcy law for the American Board of Certification. Mr. Greene also lectures and writes on a variety of bankruptcy and real estate foreclosure matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greene served as a law clerk to Robert Clive Jones, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Nevada. |
