Mr. James B. Messina is a Senior Managing Regulatory Consultant in Exponent's Food & Chemicals practice. He has over 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs and specializes in new product registration at the Federal and State levels pesticide regulations and policies and has expertise in the areas of regulatory affairs and general registration strategies.
Mr. Messina has managed Federal and State registrations under EPA's FIFRA guidelines for more than 70 registered biopesticide products which included new active ingredients new end-use products and new uses of registered products. He has also managed international registration efforts for the same biopesticide products in Canada Mexico Europe Central America South America Australia and Asia. |
