James A. McNulty serves as our Secretary Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer on a part time basis (estimated to constitute approximately 50% of his time). He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hopkins Capital Group an affiliation of limited liability companies which engage in venture activities. Mr. McNulty also serves as the Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Accentia Biopharmaceuticals Inc. a holding company with commercialization assets representing a vertically-integrated platform for specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics. Mr. McNulty has performed accounting and consulting services as a Certified Public Accountant since 1975. He co-founded Pender McNulty & Newkirk which became one of Florida’s largest regional CPA firms and was a founder/principal in two other CPA firms McNulty & Company and McNulty Garcia & Ortiz. He served as CFO of Star Scientific Inc. from October 1998 to May 2000. From June 2000 through January 2002 he served as CFO/COO of American Prescription Providers Inc. He is a principal in Pinnacle Group Holdings a Tampa real estate development company. He is a published co-author (with Pat Summerall) of Business Golf the Art of Building Relationships on the Links. Mr. McNulty is a graduate of University of South Florida a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPA’s. |
