James A. Morgan joined Young Broadcasting as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 1993, and became Secretary in September 1994. Mr. Morgan oversees the financing activities and structuring of new station acquisitions. He is responsible for banking community and investor relationships.
Prior to joining Young Broadcasting Inc., Mr. Morgan was a Vice President of J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated and served as Director and Senior Investment Officer at J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation where he was responsible for the firm's investments and various leveraged and early growth stage companies. |
