James Beakes is a member of the firm's general litigation team. Mr. Beakes represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters including personal injury, products liability, transportation, medical malpractice, and pharmaceuticals and medical devices cases. Before joining Miller & Martin, Mr. Beakes worked for a large Atlanta law firm, where he focused his practice on the defense of corporations in complex products liability and personal injury matters.
