Jacques Rebibo, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Rebibo has served as a Director since the Bank was organized in 1999. Mr. Rebibo was most recently Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and North American Operations for Xybernaut Corporation. From 1997 until Xybernaut purchased the company in 2000, Mr. Rebibo was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Selfware, Inc., a software development firm. From 1985 until 1996, Mr. Rebibo served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Mortgage Investment Corporation (now Access National Mortgage Corporation), a mortgage banking firm involved in residential and commercial lending and headquartered in Vienna, Virginia. Mr. Rebibo has also served as a director of Fairfax Bank and Trust Company, Fairfax, Virginia, from 1986 to 1995. Mr. Rebibo received a B.S. degree from Memphis State University in 1962 and a M.A. degree from the University of Maryland in 1964, and a C.F.P. from the College of Financial Planning in 1984. |
