Jacqueline has over 20 years of experience in tax and legal consulting in both public accounting and as in-house counsel. She has extensive experience in corporate tax planning and strategy SEC reporting - Fin 48 tax reporting - FAS 109 mergers and acquisitions due diligence and contract negotiations corporate governance and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Jacque led the Corporate Tax Solutions Practice and served as a Business Development Partner in Washington DC with Callaway Partners now a Huron Consulting Group Practice.
Previously she was the Director of Tax Services for the mid-Atlantic region of Jefferson Wells where she handled all aspects of operations practice development and quality control for tax engagements in the Washington DC Baltimore Richmond and Philadelphia offices.
Jacque also served as General Counsel and Tax Director for Realty Investment Company Inc. and was General Counsel for Consumer First Mortgage. Jacque started her tax career with Ernst & Young where she was a Manager in the Corporate Tax Consulting group. Before that she was an auditor with KPMG.
