Jacqueline G. Hodes is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Miami office. Jacqueline is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, where she focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private fund formation and securities law compliance. She advises emerging and established public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters, including private placements of equity and debt securities, public and private mergers and acquisitions, registered offerings of securities, formation and general business matters.
While at law school, Jacqueline was a member of the University of Miami School Law Review.
Jacqueline is admitted to practice in Florida.
