Mr. Lamkin is a Partner of CF & Co., L.L.P, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. He has over twenty years of experience in public accounting and in industry. His background includes audits of employee benefit plans, SEC registrants, manufacturers, distributors, not-for-profit organizations, and broker/dealers in securities. In addition, Jack's industry experiences include SEC reporting and accounting compliance for a multi-national Fortune 500 company headquartered in Plano, Texas. While employed with this company Jack was responsible for the financial reporting and actuarial assumptions of its defined benefit pension plans. Jack earned a BS in Economics and an MBA from Texas A&M University in 1982 and 1984, respectively. He is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA and the Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA. |
