Jack Kramer, senior vice president of solutions development, leads our efforts to deliver on the vision of a unified digital campus by developing the technology solutions our customers need to achieve their missions and goals. Mr. Kramer’s role includes working with clients, higher education standards groups, and partners to ensure SunGard Higher Education solutions meet the needs of wide variety of institutions. During his 25 years with the company, Mr. Kramer has served in a number of different roles. Most recently, he was senior vice president, solutions architecture and enterprise applications; in that position, he worked to ensure SunGard Higher Education’s architecture is open and extensible to the wide variety of software solutions institutions employ in their enterprise architecture. Before that, as vice president of Banner, he was a key driver behind the Banner 6.0 and 7.0 development initiatives. Additionally, he has served as vice president of product development, vice president for client services, general manager of professional services, project manager, and software engineer. Mr. Kramer is a member of several professional software associations and institutional information technology curriculum boards. He is on the foundation board for his alma mater, the State University of New York at Geneseo
