Jack C. Bender Jack's practice involves consulting and representing the Firm's clients in litigation with respect to air, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater compliance and permitting issues. He is a frequent speaker at business and trade group meetings on environmental issues. Jack also serves as Assistant Editor of his Firm's quarterly newsletter on Kentucky air regulations - - Kentucky Air Quality Review.
