Mr. Flinn has been a partner of Sullivan & Cromwell since 1976 and is a member of its Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice has involved the acquisition and sale of office buildings, hotels, retail facilities and other types of commercial real estate, the organization of funds to invest in real estate, the financing of real estate and real estate securitization. He has represented clients involved in commercial leasing, advised on establishing joint ventures for the development of real estate, including government assisted projects, and advised on the structuring of real estate investments for real estate investment trusts, partnerships and other investors both domestic and foreign. Mr. Flinn has written and lectured on real estate investment and has chaired programs on real estate securitization. |
