Mr. Melnyk is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky, specializing in investigations and site remediation, and pollution prevention. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Melnyk has worked in environmental consulting for over 18 years. His experience includes: Phase II investigations; remediation system design, installation and O&M; management of hazardous waste site clean-ups; UST management, including fueling site design; SPCC plans and SWP3 preparation; risk assessment; and emergency response. Mr. Melnyk is one of a handful of technical professionals in the country who has achieved certification as a Certified Professional under Ohio EPA's Voluntary Action Program. |
