Mr Lee has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2005. Mr. Lee is also the Managing Partner of Globaltec Investment Management Co., Ltd. and director of Pacific Sun Investment Management Co., Ltd. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Lee was the CEO of ABN AMRO Asset Management (China) and the Chairman and CEO of ABN AMRO Asset Management’s Taiwan operations where he managed assets in the amount of US$3.5 billion. He was formerly the President of Ruentex International Holdings Ltd., a Taiwanese conglomerate, where he was responsible for various investment activities in the Greater China region. Mr. Lee has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment management. Mr. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in biometrics from National Taiwan University.
