Howard Zeprun, Director is Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Trident Capital, Inc. Trident Capital is a venture capital and growth equity firm with over $1.5 billion under management and investment offices in Palo Alto, California and Westport, Connecticut. Mr. Zeprun is responsible for managing Trident’s internal processes and legal affairs, limited partner relations, and the processes of investment and investment liquidity. Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Zeprun was a corporate and securities partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the leading law firm serving the technology community, where he represented public and private technology firms and venture capital funds. Mr. Zeprun also served as Corporate Counsel at Apple Computer, Inc. for two and a half years, where he was Apple’s principal counsel for public reporting requirements, investor relations, treasury matters, strategic acquisitions and investments, and other board- and officer-level corporate issues. Mr. Zeprun holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science, a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Wharton School of Commerce and Finance, and a law degree from Harvard Law School |
