Howard joined Mestel & Company in 2001, having previously been a Partner in a prestigious national law firm where he practiced corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions law for more than 17 years. As a Partner, Howard worked closely with the officers and boards of directors of more than fifty financial institution clients on corporate, M&A, strategic planning and growth issues. He is a graduate of Pomona College and The George Washington University Law School. Howard works with the senior management of many law firms in Washington and across the country, helping them achieve their objectives for lateral growth. With his strong interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of the Washington legal market and significant business planning experience, Howard has placed many significant practice groups and individual partners since joining Mestel & Company. |
