Mr. Farkas has been a director since our inception. Mr. Farkas is President of Farkas Group, Inc., a company that provides management services to various business interests. He is the sole owner and managing broker of Windsor Gardens Realty, Inc., a residential real estate brokerage company, which he co-founded in 1964. He serves as director for Synthetech, Inc., a public chemical research and manufacturing company whose products are used extensively in new drug research; for Northwestern Engineering Company; and for a number of oil and gas exploration and development companies.
