As Senior Managing Consultant, Howard drives initiatives to develop and maintain relationships with KCC’s increasing list of clients. During his sixteen-year legal career, Howard focused on business reorganizations, debt restructurings, debtor and creditors’ rights and financing transactions at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Mayer, Brown & Platt, and O’Melveny & Myers. He has been involved in dozens of Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors, creditors and acquirers of assets of debtors. Such cases include Eastern Airlines, R.H. Macy & Co., Olympia & York, F&M Distributors, Ormet, Kmart, Enron, Far and Wide Travel, Covanta Energy, Aurora Foods, Phyamerica, Formica and Thermadyne. Howard graduated from Vassar College and earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a Research Editor on the school’s Law Review. He was named in Turnarounds & Workouts’ Special Report of "People to Watch - 2005". |
