Horacio Aragonés Forjaz is an electronic engineer graduated in 1974 by Brazil’s ITA - Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica. He earned his MsC degree in Applied Computing in 1980 at Brazil´s Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE).
Forjaz first joined Embraer in 1974, initially as an intern and subsequently as a systems engineer. In 1990 he was designated Systems Engineering
Manager and Engineering Director in 1991, a position held until March 1995, when Forjaz left Embraer to lead a business of his own.
Forjaz joined Embraer again in November 1997, initially as Engineering Director and later as Vice-President, Organizational Planning and Development. Currently he holds the position of Excutive Vice President Administration and Communication, involving activities at a corporate level related to Marketing, Press and Public Relations, and Social Development. |
