Mrs. Conoscente is a Human Resources executive with over 25 years in developing and leading Human Resources functions in diverse organizational environments. Before joining NanoOpto, Mrs. Conoscente held a leadership position establishing the staffing function for a successful technology start-up, BusinessEdge Solutions. She began her career at American Express, where she held successive positions, culminating as the Director of Personnel for the Corporate Offices. Following American Express, Mrs. Conoscente served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Bank of America, developing a Human Resources function for the World Banking Division, serving on the Executive Counsel, and acting as a key member of the Global Systems Services leadership team. She later joined Bader Hartely & Associates as the Managing Director of the Technology Practice. Mrs. Conoscente holds a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University, and has earned an MA, with Distinction, in Counseling Psychology from Rider University. |
