Linda Holmes-Rubin established ForCapital Associates in 1996 to provide investment banking, financial consulting and valuation services to small and medium-sized companies. Prior to forming ForCapital Associates, Ms. Holmes-Rubin was Director of Corporate Finance, Atlanta Regional Office, for National Securities Corporation, where she also provided investment banking and valuation services to both private and public companies. Prior to that, she was a Vice President, Atlanta Regional Office, of the First National Bank of Chicago and an Assistant Vice President, Atlanta Regional Office, of Citicorp. |
