Holly Kay is a member of the management team at West Monroe Partners, where she serves as the company’s chief financial officer and also works with offices and solution-line leaders to drive future growth.

As chief financial officer, Holly oversees West Monroe Partners’ consolidated financial reporting. In addition, she is responsible for integrating and supporting the company’s five offices, and she assists solution line leaders in driving the company’s future growth.
Holly joined West Monroe Partners from American Capital Strategies, where she led the financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. She also facilitated the ongoing monitoring and valuation of the portfolio of companies owned by the firm.
Prior to working with American Capital Strategies, Holly served as a director in Transaction Services at KPMG, where she was a financial consultant to financial investors who are focused on mid-size manufacturing and professional services. Her focus was primarily in performing detailed financial and operational due diligence to identify key value drivers, transaction issues and post-acquisition opportunities, as well as assessing the sustainability of earnings. Holly started her career at Arthur Andersen in Milwaukee where she performed historical financial statement audits for public and privately held companies.
Some of Holly’s past clients include First Reserve Corporation, Falconhead Capital, Graham Partners, and Hilco Capital. Additionally, while at Arthur Andersen she performed audit services and was responsible for the independent performance of audit fieldwork for companies including SC Johnson Wax; Kohler, Inc.; Manpower, Inc.; Milwaukee Bucks, Inc.; and Zilber Ltd.
Holly is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she received a Bachelors of BA-Accounting degree. |
