Mr. Hardt, Herbert Hardt was elected to the board of directors October 25, 2005. He was also appointed as chairperson of the audit committee. Mr. Hardt has been a principal of Monness, Crespi, Hardt & Co., Inc since 1980. He served as Vice President of Fidelity Management and Research (Bermuda), and also worked at Fidelity Management and Research in Boston, first as an analyst and then as fund manager of Essex Fund and Trend Fund. Mr. Hardt received his Bachelor of Arts with a Concentration in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. He also attended graduate school in applied mathematics at the University of Bern in Bern, Switzerland. Mr. Hardt served in the military with the 82nd Airborne Division. |
